How can I book a course and an accommodation?
For enrolments, fill in the online form “BOOK NOW” included in all courses or in the menu above or write us an e-mail. When it’s done, you will receive the confirmation e-mail.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course?
All students whose attendance is satisfactory, at least 80%, receive an end-of-course certificate showing their language level.
When can I start the course?
We recommend you to start the course on the official starting date of our calendar which you can find on the page related to that course. You can also join the course which has already started.
How do I know what level I am?
After booking the course, you will receive an e-mail with the invitation to test the level of your Spanish.
When do the courses start and when do they finish?
The courses start usually on Mondays and finish on Fridays except public holidays. You can choose between different schedules. The options are always written on the page of the relative course.
What professional and educational background do the teachers have?
Our teachers are native speakers highly competent and especially trained in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and carefully selected for their interpersonal skills, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for the students.
Are public holidays re-scheduled?
The school is closed on a bank or local holiday. The 4 hour course lessons of this day will be re-scheduled into another day of the course. Intensive course lessons and Scholar course lessons will not be re-scheduled.
What are the participants’ ages?
The minimum age of participants in our school is 16, the majority of our students are between 18 and 35 and there is no maximum age.
Can I end my course earlier and get a refund?
No, Instituto eCenter courses are non-refundable in most cases.
What happens if I have to cancel my stay?
If the cancellation date is not later than 4 weeks from the start of the course, all fees shall be refunded by the school.
What do I need to take to my first class of the course?
The only thing you need is a notebook and a pen and/or tablet and/or phone. All other materials used in classes will be handed out at school.
What kind of accommodation can I choose?
We offer different types of accommodation. High school students live in single or double room in host families. University students and adults can choose between single or double room in a flat in eCenter house, host families or shared apartment in the city center.
When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
The accommodation is usually available from Sunday before the course starts until Saturday after the course finishes.
What kind of people can live in one apartment?
One apartment usually share people of similar ages, length of stay and different nationalities.
How many people share one flat?
Usually 3 to 5 students in total share one flat.
When do I receive the address of my accommodation?
You will receive the address of your accommodation two weeks before the course starts.

Where are the apartments located?
The apartments are always situated within a few-minutes walk from the language school. During summer the walking distance can be till 15-20 minutes due to the higher demand of apartments.
Do I have to bring bedsheets and towels?
You have to bring your own towel and beach towel. It is recommended to bring bedsheets, but not necessary.
Can I prepare meals in the apartment?
Yes, the kitchen in each apartment is equipped for cooking.
How are the apartments equipped?
They usually have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-room with TV-set. They also have a washing machine.
Are there any additional costs for the accommodation?
No, there are no extra costs. Gas, electricity and water are included in the price.
Do I have to pay any deposit for the accommodation?
Yes, every student has to pay a deposit amount of 200€ (only for eCenter house and apartment). In case of Scholar course, the deposit will be 280€.
When & how do I have to pay the deposit?
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to our bank account before your arrival.
When & how do I get the deposit back?
The deposit will be given back by bank transfer to student’s bank account within 30 days after the last accommodation day.
Can I extend my stay in the accommodation after the course finishes?
This option is subject to availability. Feel free to contact us if interested.

How do I get from/to the airport?
We offer a pick-up service from the airport to the eCenter or host family and vice versa. You can also take the airport bus “A”, the train “C1” or taxi.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by bank transfer to the account of Instituto eCenter.
